Roofing in Southern California
Repairs, re-roofs, and certifications throughout Southern California.
About our roofing work
From minor leak repairs to full re-roofs and roof certifications for real estate transactions. Licensed and insured roofing specialists.
Southern California roofs age differently than the rest of the country. Intense UV exposure, Santa Ana winds and long dry spells followed by heavy winter rain cause cracked tiles, brittle underlayment and failed flashing long before shingles look worn out. We repair, re-roof and certify residential roofs across Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
Our roofing work covers leak diagnosis and repair, flashing and valley replacement, tile relay, full tear-off and re-roof in composition shingle, tile and flat/torch-down systems, plus wind and storm damage restoration. When a transaction requires it, we also issue roof certifications documenting the remaining service life.
Roofing is one of the most common items to appear on FHA appraisals and buyer repair requests, so we coordinate roof scopes directly with escrow timelines when a closing is on the line.

Request EstimateRoofing FAQs
Do you provide roof certifications for a home sale?
Yes. We inspect the roof, complete any required repairs, and issue a certification documenting the remaining service life — typically two years, which satisfies most lenders and FHA requirements.
How long does a full re-roof take?
A typical single-family re-roof takes two to four days depending on square footage, roofing material and whether existing layers need to be torn off.
Can a roof leak be repaired instead of replaced?
Often, yes. If the underlayment and decking are sound, targeted repair of flashing, valleys or cracked tiles is far less expensive than replacement. We will tell you honestly which one your roof needs.
Do you handle wind and storm damage claims?
Yes. We document the damage, provide a detailed scope, and work with your insurance adjuster throughout the repair.
